  • The excursion lasts the whole day (approximately 8 – 10 hours).
  • The distance from Muscat seaport to Wadi Shab is approximately 170 km one way.
  • There is a dress code for women and men when visiting the mosque. Men are supposed to wear trousers, not shorts. Women - long (ankle-length) trousers or skirts, blouses with sleeves up to the wrists. It is also necessary to have a scarf or a light scarf that completely covers your hair and neck. You can rent clothes from the mosque itself. There are no shoe requirements.
  • It is expected to cross rough terrain, so we strongly recommend having sneakers or special shoes with non-slip soles, or we advise you to have CROCS-type slippers for comfortable walking through riffles on large pebbles.
